Description[]
Malevolent shadowy spirits that siphon life-force from the living. They do not enjoy sunlight, fighting sluggishly under it. Their attacks lower their victim's maximum HP. They seem to resist most forms of damage, including blunt and slashing/piercing weapons.
These foul spirits were first encountered in the Harllud Barrows. An entire party fell victim to this undead blight.

- In the Harllud Barrows, near its great stone spire.
- A single specter near a protective circle where Valisilwen's body lay. In the Elven Ruins northeast of Viriskali, in the Central Elin Plain region.

- Attacking the party on a boat in the middle of a lake on the Central Elin Plains during Episode 28.
