Ellanus is a man living in Pyrrhinor. He is the leader of one of the cities three rival thief gangs. His gang have their headquarders in a bar called The Shrieking Wife, in the University district. Tily and Darius Elian are (as of episode 36) on a quest to create conflicts between his gang and the rival gangs led by Dina and Basil.
